Dispatch Desk ("we") answers phone calls for plumbing shops. We collect what callers tell us (name, phone number, address, problem description), call recordings/transcripts needed to handle the call, and shop owners' contact details from signup.
Only to handle the service request: booking the job, alerting the shop owner, and sending the caller a confirmation they agreed to. Information is shared only with the plumbing shop the caller called, and with service providers that run our phone and messaging (such as Twilio) solely to deliver the service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell personal information.

Data is kept on access-controlled servers only as long as needed for the shop's records.
